The first meeting of the Technical Working Group held in Delhi on 16 December 2025 towards evolving the protocol for scientific caracal monitoring in the Gandhi Sagar landscape of Madhya Pradesh.
The said meeting was attended by officials of National Tiger Conservation Authority (NTCA), Madhya Pradesh Forest Department, Rajasthan Forest Department, Gujarat Forest Department, Wildlife Institute of India (WII), International Big Cats Alliance (IBCA), Astral Foundation, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Amity University, WWF-India, and GTF.
