A scientific consultation (hybrid) to firm up the field monitoring protocol for assessment of small wild cats was held on 15 December 2025 at New Delhi, India.
The said meeting was attended by officials of Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change, Government of India (MoEFCC), Wildlife Institute of India (WII), National Tiger Conservation Authority (NTCA), Dudhwa Tiger Reserve, Arunachal Pradesh forest Department, International Big Cats Alliance (IBCA), Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, WWF-India, UNDP-India, and GTF.
